Storage and consumption: Frozen Product: Freezer -18ºC – Preferred consumption 6 months

Preparation:

• Fryer: Fry the croquettes directly for 5 minutes at 160ºC. Drain on paper towels and let stand 2 minutes.
• Frying pan: Fry the croquettes when the oil is very hot and if they are covered with fried oil for 5 minutes and let them rest for 2 minutes on paper towels. If the oil does not cover, fry them on both sides for about 2 minutes and let them rest for 2 minutes on paper towels.
