Format: Container of 12 Units – 300gr approximately – Frozen

Storage and consumption: Frozen: Freezer -18ºC – Preferred consumption 6 months


Fryer: Fry the frozen croquettes directly for 5 minutes at 160ºC. Drain on paper towels and let stand 2 minutes.

Frying pan: Fry the croquettes when the oil is very hot and if they are covered with fried oil for 5 minutes and let them rest for 2 minutes on a paper towel. In case the oil does not cover, fry them on both sides for about 2 minutes and let them rest for 2 minutes on absorbent paper.

Ingredients: Beef tail, onion, leek, celery, carrot, garlic, tomato, parsley, butter, flour, milk, egg, breadcrumbs, stone salt, red wine and extra virgin olive oil.
