This menu consists of:
1. Two seafood tapas: Vilanova shrimp sautéed in garlic with Chardonnay vinegar from Forvm and Pop in garlic and Calafell pepper with Ganxet beans.
2. L’Arrossejat de Calafell which consists of the classic cooked fish (2 slices of assorted fish) with the typical mince and the denied allioli and the potatoes that accompany it. It also has a ration of browned noodles and browned rice cooked with the same juice as Arrossejat as it is made with the traditional and typical recipe of Calafell fishermen.
3. Desserts to choose from 3 options: Ratafia custard and caramelized walnuts, Reus hazelnut mousse or Bread Truffles, oil and chocolate.
4. Drink to choose from white, rosé, red or cava wine.
