Etivaz AOP is a raw milk hard cheese, made by hand with raw milk on the fire, according to a traditional recipe, in just over a hundred alpine cheeses in the Vaud Alps, from May to October. The raw milk is processed directly on site and is full of aromas of fine alpine herbs.
